EDP rewards the best BSc in Management student |
The BSc in Management benefits from a tradition of over 40 years at ISCTE Business School. During this time, it has consistently ensured competitive career opportunities, by training qualified professionals able to perform responsibilities in different company areas.
Students are especially prepared for the various requirements and dimensions of corporate management, particularly in terms of responsiveness to complex problems and decision-making under uncertainty, taking advantage of the extensive knowledge of tools and techniques learned in all areas of management.
As in previous years, the BSc in Management will have a class in which subjects are taught entirely in English. This class is composed by Portuguese and foreign students of various nationalities. The option of integrating the class lectured in English is chosen upon the act of enrollment at the beginning of the academic year.
Portugal recently implemented the Statute of the International Student for higher education (Decreto de Lei n.º 36/2004 in Portuguese), which provides international students (coming from outside of the European Union and outside of the Portuguese speaking countries) with a specific number of vacancies and access conditions. The introduction of this Statute allows, for example, direct application for the BSc in Management. The application requirements will be announced as soon as the Status comes into force.
