He is coordinator of Courses of Taxation, Business Taxation, Company Tax Management, Principles and Procedures of Tax Litigation and Taxation of Non-Residents. He is Director of the MsC in Management at ISCTE-IUL and Director of Post-Graduation in Tax Management at INDEG-ISCTE.

António Lopes, Licenciate in Computer Science and Business Management (2002, ISCTE), MSc in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications (2006, ISCTE) and a PhD in Information Sciences and Technologies - Artificial Intelligence branch (2011, ISCTE-IUL), is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science and Technology of the School of Technologies and Architecture at ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon. Since 2015, he has been Director of ISCTE's Information Systems Development Services. His research activities began in 2000 at ADETTI's intelligent systems laboratory, where he participated in various national and international projects until the end of 2008. In January 2009 started his activities as researcher at IT-IUL (the research group of ISCTE-IUL's group at Instituto de Telecomunicações) until October 2025. Currently, he's a full member researcher at ISTAR_Iscte where he focuses on the application of Artificial Intelligence across other research areas. He is responsible for the Specialisation Seminar in Generative Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Research for training teachers and researchers at ISCTE and coordinator of the course Academic Work with Artificial Intelligence, dedicated to training students in the ethical and responsible use of Generative AI.

ILÍDIO TOMÁS LOPES was born on January 18, 1966, in the municipality of Abrantes, Portugal. He is currently professor at “Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon” and an affiliate member of the “Bru_iscte Business Research Unit” at the same institution. He is also a lecturer on the Executive Master's Degree in Business Management at Iscte_Executive Education. Lecturer on the postgraduate course in Economics and Regulation of Financial Institutions at IPPS_Iscte. Also: Independent consultant & analyist (Certied accountant; Expert in legal cases; Financial advisor); Director of “Audax-Iscte Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center”; Member of the Supervisory Board of Novartis Farma - Produtos Farmacêuticos, SA. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of “Associação Iscte Conhecimento e Inovação” and Member of the Supervisory Board of OROC - Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas. He is also an advisor to the Opinion Council of RTP - Rádio e Televisão de Portugal, SA, on economic and financial matters. He was a Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Banco BIC Português, S.A. (EuroBic). He holds a PhD in Business Management, specializing in Accounting (University of Coimbra, 2009), a Master's degree in Statistics and Information Management (ISEGI, New University of Lisbon, 2001) and a degree in Business Organization and Management (ISEG, University of Lisbon, 1990). A lecturer in higher education since 1994, he was a lecturer at the School of Management and Technology of the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém (1997 to 2013), and in recent years has held the position of director of that institution. He was also a collaborative lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra (2006 to 2011). He is currently responsible for several curricular units, including: Auditing and Assurance; Financial Performance Assessment; Financial Accounting Reporting; Banking Accounting; Bank Accounting and Risk Management. He has also held management positions in several multinational companies. Author of several scientific publications, member of various national and international scientific committees and reviewer of articles for scientific journals in the areas of Management and Accounting. Isabel Lourenço is Full Professor and Director of the Accounting Department at ISCTE-IUL. She has a PhD in Management (specialization in Accounting) from ISCTE-IUL. She has about 30 years of experience teaching accounting topics in several academic programs (Bachelor, Master and PhD Programs) and Executive education programs at ISCTE-IUL. She is a visiting professor at the University of São Paulo, where she teaches regularly in the Master and PhD programs in accounting. She has also been teaching and giving leatures at other universities in Brazil and at universities from other countries including the University of Glasgow, the Coventry University, and the University of Lille. She is an Integrated Researcher at the ISCTE Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL). She regularly presents the results of her research at the most prestigious international scientific conferences. She has authored several scientific papers published in leading scientific journals including, for example, the European Accounting Review, Accounting and Business Research, Accounting Forum, Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies, and Journal of Business Ethics. She has also authored more than 10 accounting text-books. She has played an important role in the bodies that regulate accounting in Portugal. She is the Coordinator of the Corporate Accounting Standardization Committee of the Portuguese Accounting Standards Board (Comissão de Normalização Contabilística). She is also member of the jury of the Exam of entrance to the Portuguese Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas).  Currently, she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Payshop and IMGA.

Assistant Professor at ISCTE, where he teaches in Undergraduate, Masters and Executives Masters and has coordinated various courses. Executive Director of the Executive Master in Corporate Reporting of INDEG/ISCTE. Received a teaching award (2014). Was member of the Pedagogical Committee (1st cycle degree) and year coordinator in 1st cycle degree. Was CEO of Overgest/ISCTE - Management and Finance Specialization Center and Director of several Executive Masters, Postgraduate Programs, Specialization Courses and Programs for Executives. Was Senior Partner of Paradigma Consulting, SA, Senior Consultant at SE.MAR.TE Consulting, Consulting Supervisor at BDO International, Deputy Director Financial MAP-Plastics (current Map-Key Plastics, SA) and Chartered Accountant of several companies. Was member of the Students' Union Board and a member of Scientific Council (representing the students) of ISCA Coimbra Business School. He is co-author of books in the accounting field, articles and communications to scientific conferences.

Helena holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University, UK. She is full professor of accounting at Iscte Business School in Lisbon, and previously worked at Bayes Business School in London. She had visiting positions at the University of Miami in the US, where she was a Fulbright Research Scholar, and at Sydney University in Australia. Her research interests are on financial markets, corporate governance and international financial reporting. Helena participates regularly in top international conferences such as meetings of the European Accounting Association, American Accounting Association, and European Finance Association. She is often invited to speak at seminars, conferences, and doctoral meetings of prestigious European and US universities. Helena's research has been published in top journals in accounting and finance, such as the Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, European Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Auditing and Finance, and Journal of Business Ethics. Her research findings have been used by international organizations dealing with corporate reporting issues, such as the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), the CFA Institute, and the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG). Helena serves the community taking roles in various committees of the European Accounting Association, as associated editor of the journals European Accounting Review and Accounting Business Research, and as a member of evaluation panels for recruitment and for PhD grants. During her career, Helena managed various research projects funded by the Portuguese Science Foundation FCT, participated in an European Training Network, and won several awards including Best European PhD thesis in Management by EDAMBA, best conference papers, and best reviewer. Helena has also been awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to develop a one year research project at the University of Miami in the US.
