The concept of "intrapreneurship" is defined as the ability to be an "internal entrepreneur" within an existing organization. This is a valuable skill, especially for recent graduates. By bringing new visions, ways of working and ideas with them, recent graduates become a very important resource for companies.

Within this context, Iscte Business School would like to invite you to watch the closing round table of the 2021 edition of Career Forum: "The Importance of Candidates' Intrapreneurship on the Recruitment and Selection of Recent Graduates". Moderated by Prof. Renato Pereira (Iscte Business School), this event counted with the participation of the companies EY, Deloitte and Cofidis.
