Fundação José Neves, a non-profit institution, is focused on education and skills acquisition, having the mission of placing Portugal at the forefront of human development. To achieve this goal, the foundation created several programs that support interested citizens in finding solutions to keep learning throughout their lives.

One of these programs, ISA FJN, supports students' access to educational programs and training. ISA FJN is based on the Income Share Agreement model, in which Fundação José Neves pays the tuition fee for the chosen program, and the student will only reimburse the amount when he / she earns income above a certain amount. This initiative has a guarantee by the European Investment Fund and is audited by Ernst & Young.

Within this context, Iscte Business School and Fundação José Neves have established a partnership that has the goal of supporting students who need funds to invest in their training. Therefore, from now on the master degrees in Business Analytics, Data Science, International Management and Business Administration will be covered by the ISA program.
