Iscte Business School has once again consolidated its position in the European landscape by securing the 44th place in the Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2025. With this result, the School continues among the Top 50 Business Schools in Europe and is included in the prestigious Tier II, which brings together highly competitive and well-established institutions across the continent.

The 2025 edition reinforces Portugal’s strong presence in European management education, with six national schools listed in the Top 100, consolidating the country’s position as an important international hub for business education.

According to the Dean of Iscte Business School, Professor Maria de Fátima Salgueiro, this ranking reflects the School’s strategic consistency and long-term academic excellence:

“Being part of Tier II confirms the European recognition of Iscte Business School’s commitment to innovation, internationalisation, employability and global impact.”

The Dean also acknowledges that this year’s result builds upon the efforts of the previous leadership team, led by Professor Maria João Cortinhal, whose strategic vision and dedication played a decisive role in strengthening the School’s international visibility and consolidation over recent years.
