Global Operations and Logistics
Abel Camelo is currently Project Manager in different projects / companies, mainly related to the implementation of technology, applying the Agile and Waterfall approaches. He also acts as a instructor/trainer, nationally and internationally, in the area of ​​technology, project management, business analysis, industrial production and logistics. Previously he was responsible for Infosistema's Business Consulting unit, where he managed and participated in process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma, BPM implementation and portals development (in OutSystems and other technologies), business continuity, digital transformation (UX / UI Design), among others. His experience focuses on reengineering and process improvement, business analysis for organizational processes. He has participated in multiple national and international projects, as a consultant and functional analyst, allowing him to identify and implement improvements in clients and to contribute to the increase of the performance of the business processes. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a consultant in entrepreneurship projects, business plans and investment analysis, guiding future entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship in projects of various sectors of activity. Since 2009 he teaches in higher education, in the areas of operations management, logistics and project management, to undergraduate and master's degrees. He holds a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, holds postgraduate degrees in Energy and Bioenergy, in Lean Management and in Information and Enterprise Systems. He is certified in Project Management and Business Analysis by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a IEFP certified trainer, among other professional certifications.

International Management, Ethics and Social Responsibility
With a PhD in Business from Tilburg University in The Netherlands, Ana lectures at the Iscte Business School on the topics of Strategic Management and Sustainability, Ethics and Social Responsibility. She is currently Associate Dean for Engagement and Impact at Iscte Business School. As an integrated researcher at the Business Research Unit (BRU-Iscte), her work has appeared in various publication outlets, including the Journal of Business Ethics and Public Management Review. She served as Associate editor of the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education and Topic editor of Sustainability. Ana is also collaborating as Guardian of the GRLI Council (Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative), Head of Programmatic Work at PRME Chapter Iberia, and serves as Quality and Sustainability Liaison person for the Iscte Business School. In the past, Ana served as Deputy Director of the Department of Marketing, Operations and General Management, member of the Scientific Committee of BRU-Iscte and coordinator of the Prosperity dimension of Sustainability at Iscte, and as an Expert in the ISO TC323 on Circular Economy. Ana has additionally complemented her academic training with various professional qualifications, including the GRI Certified Training Program, Harvard Business School’s online Sustainable Business Strategy course, and certifications as Advanced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Professional, as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator, and as Certified Facilitator in Pro.Play®.      
International Human Resource Management
Atieh Mirfakhar is an Integrated Researcher at the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) of ISCTE-IUL. Her research focuses on topics related to human resources management and change management, more specifically on implementation of HR practices, performance management, and feedback. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management. Atieh was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at BRU of ISCTE-IUL working on REAL PAL, a project which was funded by FCT and aimed at advancing knowledge on performance management and feedback. She has received her PhD from ESADE Business School (Spain) and has been a visiting scholar at KU Leuven (Belgium). Atieh has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (Iran), an MBA from K.N. Toosi University (Iran), and a Master of Research in Management Sciences from ESADE (Spain). Atieh also has working experience as an HR expert in an Iranian holding company where she was responsible for implementation of various HR practices and projects.

Research Methods in International Management
Elizabeth Reis is full professor of Statistics and Marketing Research at the Department of Quantitative Methods for Management and Economy. She received a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Oporto and completed a Ph.D. in Social Statistics at the University of Southampton, UK. For the last thirty years she has been teaching several undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Statistics, Multivariate Data Analysis, Sampling and Survey Methodology, Research Methods and Marketing Research at the ISCTE Business School, but she took up teaching assignments also at various colleges in Macau, Guanghzou, Chengdu, Mozambique and Cape Vert. Her research interests are focused both on research methodologies, data collection (evaluation of sampling methods and surveys' quality) and data analysis methodologies (multivariate statistics applied to business and management research). She was, until 2010, President of the Scientific Committee of the ISCTE Business School (IBS), Director of the Doctoral Programme on Applied Quantitative Methods and President of the Business and Management Research Unit (UNIDE). She was, between 2014 and 2018, Director of the Quantitative Methods Department at the IBS - ISCTE Business School. She was, between March 2018  and 2022, Vice-Rector for the Development of Human Resources and was appointed Director of the Doctoral Programme in Management in June 2021.
International Reporting
Isabel Lourenço is Full Professor and Director of the Accounting Department at ISCTE-IUL. She has a PhD in Management (specialization in Accounting) from ISCTE-IUL. She has about 30 years of experience teaching accounting topics in several academic programs (Bachelor, Master and PhD Programs) and Executive education programs at ISCTE-IUL. She is a visiting professor at the University of São Paulo, where she teaches regularly in the Master and PhD programs in accounting. She has also been teaching and giving leatures at other universities in Brazil and at universities from other countries including the University of Glasgow, the Coventry University, and the University of Lille. She is an Integrated Researcher at the ISCTE Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL). She regularly presents the results of her research at the most prestigious international scientific conferences. She has authored several scientific papers published in leading scientific journals including, for example, the European Accounting Review, Accounting and Business Research, Accounting Forum, Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies, and Journal of Business Ethics. She has also authored more than 10 accounting text-books. She has played an important role in the bodies that regulate accounting in Portugal. She is the Coordinator of the Corporate Accounting Standardization Committee of the Portuguese Accounting Standards Board (Comissão de Normalização Contabilística). She is also member of the jury of the Exam of entrance to the Portuguese Association of Chartered Accountants (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas).  Currently, she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Payshop and IMGA.

Pedro is a co-Diretor of ISCTE Executive Education's Executive MBA. He is an Integrated Member of the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) of the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE-IUL), having already authored 3 books and published several articles in top journals, like the Harvard Business Review.  His main areas of interest are General Management, Stakeholders' Management and Negotiation, and Corporate Governance. Pedro has significant management experience, holding positions in various corporate bodies of large companies, as well as academic management positions. Pedro has high teaching experience at various levels of education, with very good performance evaluations.

Holding two Habilitation titles and two PhD degrees, Renato Pereira is Associate Dean for Internationalization and Research at Iscte Business School. Specialized in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, International Business Management, and in Economic Development in Sub-Saharan Africa. Former resident-student at Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the private foundation in charge of managing the international campus of the French capital city, elected by a college representing 5,000+ voters from 150+ nationalities. He has worked for different companies of the ICT cluster, including Outsystems, one of the initial Portuguese unicorns. As Director of Inteli - Innovation Center, he has integrated the coordination structure of the Mobi.E consortium, responsible for the development of the 1st nation-wide network in the world for electric vehicle charging, and the board of directors of SGORME, the network operations management company. For thirteen consecutive years, he was member of the Supervisory Board of Taguspark, the managing company of one of the biggest and most relevant science and technology facilities in Portugal. He was Advisor to the Minister of Public Works, Transportation and Communications of the XVIIth and XVIIIth Portuguese Constitutional Governments. Currently directs the Master's in International Management of iscte Business School; previously has directed the Executive Master in Innovation Management at Iscte Executive Education and several master-level and doctoral-level subjects at both Iscte Business School and School of Solciology and Public Policy. As Associate Professor of Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, he directed: the PhD program in Business Economics, the Geoeconomics Seminar of the PhD program in International Relations, the MSc program in Business Management, and the BSc program in Management, as well as several subjects from all three levels. His paper Entrepreneurship role on dynamic capabilities: A longitudinal study on Brazilian and Portuguese firms, written in co-authorship, was short-listed for Best Paper Prize at the Special Conference of the Strategic Management Society, in 2011. His paper Resilient employees are creative employees, when the workplace forces them to be, published in co-authorship, was awarded with the Tudor Rickards and Susan Moger Creativity and Innovation Management Best Paper Award, reported to the year 2019. He has supervised 5 post-docs, 19 doctorates and 198 masters. He has a long and extensive international academic experience, having taken visiting positions in universities from Angola, Brazil, Czechia, France, Hungary, India, Mozambique, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Uzbekistan.
International Strategy
Shaozhuang Ma is a tenured Associate Professor with a Habilitation in Management at the Business School of Iscte-University Institute of Lisbon (Iscte-IUL), Portugal. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. in Management from Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at the Business School of the University of Queensland, Australia in the year 2010.   Professor Ma's teaching and research interests encompass Human Resource Development and Management, as well as Strategic Management, with a recent focus on Employee Well-being and Health in the context of a boundaryless workplace. He has contributed to various esteemed publications, including the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Applied Psychology: Health and Well-being, Psychology and Health, Psychology, Health and Medicine, The Chinese Economy, Journal of Health Organization and Management, International Journal of Public Administration, Population & Economics, Journal of Nursing Science, Chinese Hospitals, and Chinese Health Quality Management, among others.   Furthermore, Professor Ma serves as a Deputy Editor of the International Journal of Health Planning and Management and has provided extensive referee services for international journals. Notably, his cases titled "Zhu Dandan (A): Promotions (9B13C002)" and "Zhu Dandan (B): Leadership Development (9B20C025)" were published by Ivey and featured in Harvard Business Review's collection.   Prior to his tenure at Iscte-IUL, Professor Ma held the position of Deputy Dean at the Business School of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in Guangzhou, China. He also served as the Executive Director of the Lingnan MBA Program, a collaborative initiative between Lingnan College at Sun Yat-sen University and the MIT Sloan School of Management in the United States.
