Congratulations, you’re officially an Iscte student! Now it’s your turn!

It’s your turn to join the Iscte family, take your first steps in your new home, and become part of a space for knowledge, integration, and sharing. Here, we work daily to provide you with the best academic experience.

The 15th of September has been designed for you. This is the perfect day to meet your classmates, explore Iscte’s spaces and resources, ask questions, and participate in activities prepared especially for you.

The reception begins at 2:00 PM in the Exhibition Hall (1st floor, Building 2). Afterwards, in the outdoor courtyard, you will be welcomed by Iscte’s Rector, Professor Maria de Lurdes Rodrigues, in a special moment led by Juliana Neto and Bianca Silva, students of the Master’s in Political Science. They will present live an episode of the RTP videocast PodDemos Debater, featuring an interview with the Rector and Ana Catarina Sousa, a Management undergraduate student, who will share their experiences about entering higher education. The day concludes with a Welcome Sunset, organised by Iscte's Students Union (AEISCTE).

To make your orientation easier, throughout the day you can visit the stands of Iscte's Student Groups, projects and other organisations in the outdoor area on the 3rd floor of Building 2. If you’re interested in sports, joining the Tuna, the Theatre Group, or many other activities, this is an opportunity you can't miss!

You can also get to know AEISCTE at the entrance of Building 2.

Until the 3rd of October, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, you can go to the Study Room in Building 1 to request your student card.
