360imprimir joins Recheio to open online supermarket

The online printing company 360imprimir is one of the many companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Portugal. The Portuguese company, founded by our alumnus Sérgio Vieira, with "very high revenue losses", was forced to rethink their strategy and business model. The solution found consists in an online supermarket that results from a partnership with the Recheio chain. This supermarket allows customers to buy groceries, hygiene and beauty products, drinks or frozen foods and receive them at home within 3 to 72 hours.

Forall Phones adapted its shopping experience through video calls

Forall Phones, a company that sells phones and computers, has created a new concept of distance assisted selling that replicates store experiences. With a physical store closed, the company led by José Costa Rodrigues replaces customer service with video calls, where equipment is shown and questions answered - a Live Store.
