Due to Covid-19, Iscte Junior Consulting (junior entreprise formed by Iscte students) developed the "BackONBusiness" project with the goal of assisting companies that were faced with difficulties due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic.

In the context of social confinement and border closure caused by the global pandemic by Covid-19, several companies face severe drops in their revenues, which translate into the dismissal of their employees or the adoption of the layoff regime.

Given this worrying scenario, Iscte Junior Consulting is ready, with the provision of its services, to contribute to the recovery of these companies through the identification and formulation of customized solutions at the strategic, marketing and human resource management levels, which allow rapid adaptation to the context and consequently the achievement of the organization's economic stability.

Iscte Junior Consulting (IJC) is Iscte’s Junior Enterprise. Constituted and managed exclusively by college students, IJC has a primordial purpose of elevating itself to become a reference platform in the development of the greatest minds of this institution.

Founded in 2010, IJC currently counts with 42 active members and several partner entities that support its growth.

The performance of IJC is guided by providing experiences in which knowledge and skills acquired in an academic context are put in practice, leveraging capabilities and promoting contact within the business environment.
