Iscte Business School is pleased to announce that two of our professors are once again included in the Top 2% of the most influential scientists in the world. 

According to Elsevier's "Scopus publications and citations index", Professor Sandra Loureiro and Professor Fernando Ferreira are in the Top 2% of Researchers / Scientists  in the world, in Marketing and Business & Management, accordingly.

Because citation metrics are widely used and misused, a publicly available database of over 100,000 top researchers and scientists has been created that provides standardized citation information, "h-index", "hm-index" adjusted from co-authorship, citations of articles in different authorship positions and a composite indicator. Researchers are classified into 22 scientific fields and 176 subfields. Field and subfield specific percentiles are also provided for all scientists who have published at least 5 articles. Career data is updated to the end of 2020. Selection is based on the top 100,000 per c-score (with and without self citations) or a percentile rating of 2% or higher.
