MAMC Students Embark on Transformative International Seminar at KEDGE Business School, Bordeaux

From September 3 to September 8, 2023, students from the master's programme in Accounting and Management Control embarked on a captivating journey at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France. This specially tailored "International Seminar Experience" was designed to offer them a unique and immersive learning opportunity.

The agenda was packed with enriching activities including courses on "Leadership & Communication Skills" and "Business Analytics in Excel." Additionally, students explored the cultural wonders of Bordeaux through guided tours, including the 'Bordeaux Walk Tour' and a visit to 'La Cité du Vin.' They also had the chance to delve into the practical world of business during a visit to the 'CIVB - Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux.' A group dinner featuring delectable local cuisine provided a taste of the region's culinary delights, while moments of fun and camaraderie were shared with fellow students from KEDGE.

For the students, this experience was a profound personal and professional growth opportunity. They lauded the program for fostering essential skills like teamwork, leadership, and communication. Stepping beyond their comfort zones proved instrumental in their individual development, leaving an indelible mark on their future careers. Professor Andrew's dynamic teaching style was particularly noteworthy, capturing their attention from the very start.

The students unanimously agreed that this International Experience was nothing short of "memorable," "unique and enriching," fostering deeper connections with peers, some of whom they had known for only a year. It also strengthened existing bonds within the class.

As their professor, it was a privilege to share this remarkable journey with them, connecting on a personal level and understanding their aspirations, challenges, and goals. The students deeply appreciated this unique interaction beyond the confines of the classroom.
