Ranked at the 44th position, the Iscte Business School – IBS was the second European school that experienced the most significant ascent in the Financial Times European Schools 2023 ranking, with an impressive climb of 23 positions.
The Iscte Business School – IBS is among the top 50 business schools in Europe, according to the "Financial Times European Business Schools 2023" ranking. With a rise of 23 positions, the management school of Iscte – Lisbon University Institute now occupies the 44th place, marking the second-largest ascent in the ranking, just behind the University of Bologna, which climbed 24 places. "The rise of 23 positions in the ranking reflects our commitment to the quality of teaching and research, in a path of continuous updating of the educational offer with a focus on internationalization," says Maria João Cortinhal, Dean of the Iscte Business School. "This trajectory reflects the excellence of our Master's in Business Management, which is 'top 10' in salary progression perspectives and 'top 25' in the master's quality-price ratio worldwide, as well as in executive education through Iscte Executive Education, which is number 1 in Portugal in international programs and the 5th with the highest growth in the world."
"As we are in a globalized world, the Iscte Business School ensures that students have access to a diverse teaching model," says Maria João Cortinhal. "For this reason, we have been building a highly qualified faculty with skills in various and complementary areas of knowledge."
This edition of the "Financial Times European Business Schools 2023 Ranking" bases its rankings on the combination of results obtained in the rankings for master's in management, MBA, EMBA, and executive education.
