On 20 December, the JJ Laginha Auditorium at Iscte hosted the first edition of the Jerónimo Martins Award, part of the Business Analytics Master's programme, an initiative that brings academia closer to the business world and challenges students to apply business analytics knowledge to real-life contexts.

Twelve teams from the Master's in Business Analytics took part, presenting innovative solutions to issues such as recruitment, performance, talent retention, social responsibility, profiling and career management.

Iscte Analytics - Guilherme Fernandes, Mafalda Santorum, Tomás Costa
