The MSc in Business Administration at Iscte Business School has once again been recognized in the prestigious Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking 2025, securing the 87th position worldwide. Being ranked among the world’s Top 100 management programs is clear proof of the quality and international impact of Iscte Business School, in a ranking that evaluates 19 indicators including employability, career progression, diversity, internationalization, carbon footprint, and commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
“Our priority is to continue investing in pedagogical innovation, internationalization, and strong corporate engagement — our distinctive trademarks. This result reflects the path of excellence that Iscte Business School has been consolidating, while also contributing to positioning Portugal as a destination of excellence in management education,” says Maria João Cortinhal, Dean of Iscte Business School.
Although the program experienced a drop this year, in a context where 48% of listed programs declined in the ranking, Iscte Business School remains firmly among the world’s best, reinforcing the resilience and international recognition of its academic model.
The Financial Times Ranking also highlighted the strength of management education in Portugal, with five national schools in the world’s Top 100: Nova SBE (4th), Católica-Lisbon (30th), University of Porto (62nd), and Católica Porto Business School (95th).
Together, these results place Portugal among the few countries worldwide with a high concentration of globally recognized management programs.
