Supply Chain Management | Systems and Technology Management 
Abel Camelo is currently Project Manager in different projects / companies, mainly related to the implementation of technology, applying the Agile and Waterfall approaches. He also acts as a instructor/trainer, nationally and internationally, in the area of ​​technology, project management, business analysis, industrial production and logistics. Previously he was responsible for Infosistema's Business Consulting unit, where he managed and participated in process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma, BPM implementation and portals development (in OutSystems and other technologies), business continuity, digital transformation (UX / UI Design), among others. His experience focuses on reengineering and process improvement, business analysis for organizational processes. He has participated in multiple national and international projects, as a consultant and functional analyst, allowing him to identify and implement improvements in clients and to contribute to the increase of the performance of the business processes. From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a consultant in entrepreneurship projects, business plans and investment analysis, guiding future entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship in projects of various sectors of activity. Since 2009 he teaches in higher education, in the areas of operations management, logistics and project management, to undergraduate and master's degrees. He holds a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, holds postgraduate degrees in Energy and Bioenergy, in Lean Management and in Information and Enterprise Systems. He is certified in Project Management and Business Analysis by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a IEFP certified trainer, among other professional certifications.
Fundamentals of Sustainable Management
Álvaro Rosa is a professor of Management. His areas of research and study are Strategy, Governance and Cross-Cultural Management. In addition, he is also a researcher and teacher of Chinese Studies, namely Contemporary China. Currently, he is the Director of Master Degree in Chinese Studies, a joint program of University of Aveiro and ISCTE - IUL. Professionally, he is a coach and trainer in negotiation techniques.

Ana Conceição (publication name, Conceição, A.) is an Assistant Professor of Management Accounting and Control at ISCTE-IUL (Lisbon, Portugal). She holds a PhD from ISCTE-IUL. Prior to joining ISCTE-IUL she was Professor at Escola Naval where she taught Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management.

Ana Lúcia Martins is an Associate Professor at ISCTE-IUL and an integrated researcher at BRU-Iscte (Business Research Unit). She holds a PhD in Management, with a specialization in Operations Management and Technology, and an MSc in Management, with a specialization in Strategy. She currently serves as co-director of the Master in Humanitarian Action, and in the past served as director of the bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Logistics. Ana served Iscte Business School for 6.5 years as Vice-Dean for Teaching an dInnovation. Ana teaches Operations Management, Logistics Management, Service Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. Ana authored more than 85 scientific articles. Ana publishes in scientific journals such as the International Journal of Logistics Management, International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management, and Public Money and Management, among others. She has authored book chapters in logistics management and lean management in the justice systems. Her current main research topics are operations management in humanitarian settings, logistics management, supply chain management, and lean management in the services area, mainly in judicial and healthcare systems. Ana is involved in several european projects, contributing in the areas of operations management and assurance of learning activities. Currently Ana serves as AE for Operations Management Research and Electronic Commerce Research.

Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL, Executive Director of the Executive Master's in Program and Project Management at ISCTE Executive Education, and CEO and founder of Winning Scientific Management. Passionate about the evolution of professional management, he has dedicated his career to supporting organizations in reinventing their business models, finding elegant solutions to complex problems with a focus on value creation and predictable results. With a degree in Computer Engineering and Telematics from the University of Aveiro and a PhD in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE, he has combined management consulting with academia. At Winning, he leads teams and strategic and digital transformation projects in sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, transportation, logistics, retail, construction, and telecommunications. Using international benchmark methodologies in Strategy, Benefits, Portfolios, PMOs, Programs, and Projects, he ensures that each transformation translates into technical innovation, quality of execution, and sustainable impact. As an academic and trainer, he has over 10,000 hours of teaching and experience in designing hundreds of benchmark courses in Strategy, Business Cases, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Cost Management, having prepared several hundred candidates for PMI® international certifications. Holder of a certificate of pedagogical aptitude (CAP), he seeks to continuously bring professional practice closer to academic research. He is certified as a PMP® (Project Management Professional) by PMI®, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional: Managing Projects) by Microsoft, ITIL by EXIN, and MCI (Management Consulting Institute). Throughout his career, he has served as Vice President of PMI Portugal (2015–2018), mentor to professionals at different stages of their careers, and guest speaker at various national and international management events.

Carlos Pereira dos Santos has undergraduate, MSc and PhD degrees in mathematics from the University of Lisbon and he is currently researcher of the Center for Mathematics and Applications (NovaMath), FCT NOVA and professor at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon.He researches in the field of Combinatorial Game Theory, stresses the PhD under the guidance of Richard Nowakowski from Dalhousie University, world's top expert on that topic. He published several papers in international journals and presented at major conferences devoted to the subject.About popularization of mathematics, he published the book «Mathematics from The Da Vinci Code», co-authored with Luis Tirapicos and Nuno Crato, he participated in the projects «Games with History» and «Games from Around the World» (Visão/Público) with João Pedro Neto and Jorge Nuno Silva. For 10 years, he was Vice-President of the Ludus Association, one of the most relevant Portuguese institutions dedicated to recreational mathematics. He has been member of scientific committees of pioneering projects such as the «Portuguese Championship of Mathematical Games» and the «Recreational Mathematics Colloquia». He was managing editor of the Recreational Mathematics Magazine.About Mathematics Education in Portugal, he teaches and researches subjects related to elementary mathematics. Also noteworthy is the fact that, for three years, he has made the management of the Training Centre for Teachers of the Portuguese Mathematics Society and, after, he was the director of the Training Centre for Teachers of the Ludus Association. He organized and developed dozens of courses on various topics. Carlos Santos is a big fan of the Singapore Math, and he was managing editor of the Jornal das Primeiras Matemáticas.Regarding hobbies, Carlos Santos is International Chess Master. He was the Portuguese Champion in 1998 and 2000 and he was 5th in the under-18 World Championship in 1989. Felipa de Mello-Sampayo is Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at ISCTE-IUL, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and integrated researcher in BRU-IUL. The PhD Thesis in Economics from University of Birmingham in 2001 was publish at The British Library. Among her several peer review publications, all published after the PhD and indexed in Scopus and Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge (WoS), there are 14 manuscripts without coauthors. Her research focus in microeconomics models and their empirical application in several fields of social science.  Coordinator of the project PTDC/EGE-ECO/104157/2008, entitled "Health and Economic Growth" funded by the Portuguese Government under Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT). Coeditor of special issues entitled “Spatial Econometrics Analysis of Sustainability” of Sustainability  and "Heathcare in China" of the Int. J. Environ. Res. Public Health.

Henrique O'Neill is Associated Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon, Portugal. He received his M.Sc. degree from IST/UL in Lisbon and the Ph.D. degree from the Cranfield University, United Kingdom. His research interests are broadly focused on the adoption of information systems and communication technologies to foster business performance, including business, operations and IS/IT strategy, modeling methods and approaches, organizational analysis and processes design, implementation and acceptance, and the quality of information systems in industry sectors like healthcare, banking and finance, the public administration and manufacturing. João Guerreiro, PhD Marketing (ISCTE-IUL, Portugal), Associate Professor of Marketing with Habilitation and integrated researcher at BRU-IUL. Research interests focused in the area of ​​Consumer Behavior and Relationship Marketing, namely in the implications of technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, IoT) for Marketing, with published articles in several scientific journals such as Tourism Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Journal of Business Ethics among others. Statistics for Industrial Management and Logistics
I joined ISCTE in 1996 after obtaining a first degree in Business Administration. I also hold a master´s degree in Business Administration from ISCTE and a Ph.D in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School, England, where I was a mentor of related student-sponsor projects on the Full-Time MBA. Since 1996 I have taught statistics and data analysis using statistical software at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I have also supervised master and doctoral thesis in the fields of organizational psychology and management science. Prior to beginning my academic career, I worked for consultancy and insurance organisations in Portugal. My primary research interest encompasses cross-cultural studies, gender and diversity in organizations, and organizational behaviour. My main research focus in these areas relates to issues concerning global mobility and expatriation, migrants' skills recognition and integration into the labour market, women in management, and team performance management. A second strand of my research is concerned with (big) data analytics and text analysis using R. I have published in the area of Organisation Studies, most recently in the International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Public Administration, and International Journal of Conflict Management.

Renato Lopes da Costa is however recognized for his work in academic terms, having published more than a hundred scientific articles in the main international business management journals index by scopus and Wos and, 9 books in the same scientific area.  Throughout his career for several years he developed his business activity in the areas of retail and banking, developing projects of an operational nature in the areas of banking and management control in the retail area. Renato Lopes da Costa completed his doctorate in the area of ​​business strategy at ISCTE - University of Lisbon, where he developed a pioneering work on the practices and praxis used by management consultants in the development of their work in client companies, contributing to the state of the art in scientific area of ​​business strategy in the field of strategy-as-practice research. Renato Lopes da Costa also has the title of Habilitation in Management conferred by the University Institute of Lisbon, completed in 2022. As a university professor, he supervised more than two hundred of masters and doctorates in the area of ​​business management, being recognized for this valence, as well as for his teaching ability in the area of ​​business strategy in undergraduate, master's, executive master's and doctorate degrees, nationally and internationally. Having conducted several courses at Portugal universities, he is currently director of the MscBA - Master in Business Administration at ISCTE (being listed on the prestigious lists of the Financial Times as one of the best European courses in the scientific area of ​​management) and Diretor of the Global Master Series INDEG in Business Management, Marketing e Finance e Risk Management. Between 2021 and 2023, Renato Lopes da Costa belonged to the scientific council of ISCTE as a member of the plenary.

Ricardo Dias, Guest Assistant at ISCTE, is a PhD student in Information Sciences and Technologies. His main research interests include Computer Systems, New Technologies and Teaching Methods and Models adapted to the new school reality. He has published in areas related to Education (e.g., Journal of Educational & Social Research, 4th International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, 3rd International Conference on Human and Social Sciences). Ricardo has a Degree in Basic Education Teachers, 2nd Cycle variant (ISCE), a Master's in Pedagogical Supervision (ISEC) and is in the second year of his PhD in Information Sciences and Technologies (ISCTE-IUL). He is a Teacher at the José Afonso School Group, in Loures and Municipal Education Councilor, in the same municipality.
