Applications and Fees
We’ve designed a flexible and rewarding pricing model
- Multi-course discounts of 10%, 20% or 25%, depending on how many courses you select.
- If you enroll in four courses, one fee is waived.
- Early Bird until May 15 — secure the best rate and reserve your place.
After 15th May, prices will increase 10%

Note: For students coming from Iscte or other Portuguese universities, please contact short-term.ibs@iscte-iul.pt for more details about fees.
Payment
The payment of the tuition fee is done through the university's platform, Fénix +, after the student's enrolment. The method of payment is by credit card.
Participation in the programme will only be confirmed once the student has paid the tuition fee.
Cancelation Policy
In case of dropping out, no reimbursement applies.

The cultural and fun activities are a relevant part of the program, with our Local Buddies supporting students and guiding their way around.
Application Process
IMPORTANT - Selections are made on a rolling basis from the moment the application period opens. We therefore encourage early applications.

Documents to submit when applying:

> Identity Card (ID from the country of origin or passport) > Photograph (passport-size colour photo with a light background) > Curriculum Vitae > Transcript of Records (either an official Transcript of Records or a print screen of your Home University personal student area) > The health insurance is mandatory. You should inform us the details soon after you complete the registration and payment |
