Abel Camelo is currently Project Manager in different projects / companies, mainly related to the implementation of technology, applying the Agile and Waterfall approaches.
He also acts as a instructor/trainer, nationally and internationally, in the area of technology, project management, business analysis, industrial production and logistics.
Previously he was responsible for Infosistema's Business Consulting unit, where he managed and participated in process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma, BPM implementation and portals development (in OutSystems and other technologies), business continuity, digital transformation (UX / UI Design), among others.
His experience focuses on reengineering and process improvement, business analysis for organizational processes. He has participated in multiple national and international projects, as a consultant and functional analyst, allowing him to identify and implement improvements in clients and to contribute to the increase of the performance of the business processes.
From 2011 to 2014 he worked as a consultant in entrepreneurship projects, business plans and investment analysis, guiding future entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurship in projects of various sectors of activity.
Since 2009 he teaches in higher education, in the areas of operations management, logistics and project management, to undergraduate and master's degrees.
He holds a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering and a Master in Business Administration from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, holds postgraduate degrees in Energy and Bioenergy, in Lean Management and in Information and Enterprise Systems. He is certified in Project Management and Business Analysis by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a IEFP certified trainer, among other professional certifications.

Associate Professor - with a Habilitation in Information Science and Technology - in the Department of Information Science and Technology (DCTI-ISTA). Degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering (5 years course). MD and Ph.D. in Social Psychology. Researcher at Information Sciences, Technologies and Architecture Research Center (ISTAR-IUL). Involved in projects related to applied computing, gamification, technology acceptance, cybercultures, information society, information systems, technologies and education, adolescence, childhood, music, education and learning, suicide prevention, virtual communities, gaming, and social networks. Member of some scientific Associations, such as the Centre for Studies in Suicide and the Portuguese Society of Suicidology. In short, he focuses his work on data science and applied computing in the study of human behaviour in different contexts. He has also participated in radio programs, has always enjoyed playing sports, and advocates a sustainable world and a healthy life, being vegetarian.

Álvaro Rosa is a professor of Management. His areas of research and study are Strategy, Governance and Cross-Cultural Management. In addition, he is also a researcher and teacher of Chinese Studies, namely Contemporary China. Currently, he is the Director of Master Degree in Chinese Studies, a joint program of University of Aveiro and ISCTE - IUL. Professionally, he is a coach and trainer in negotiation techniques.

Ana Isabel Lopes, Ph.D., is a full time Associate Professor (with habilitation) of the Accounting Department at Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL) and integrated member of the researcher center BRU/UNIDE, in Lisbon (Portugal). She has experience in teaching in doctoral and master programs, executive education, and undergraduate programs, engaging in courses related with financial accounting and business reporting, management control in multinationals, and consolidated financial statements. Currently, she is Director of the MSc program in Accounting and she is the Executive Director of the post-graduation in Finance and Accounting Applied. She has an extensive experience in coordinating programs in high education institutions. She also supervises doctoral and master students' dissertations. She is active in presenting conference papers in national and international congresses (by submission or invitation). Her research interests cover international financial accounting and reporting, integrated and sustainability reporting, business combinations, and corporate governance. Ana Isabel has published in leading academic journals such as 'Australian Journal of Management', 'European Business Review', 'Accounting Education', 'Spanish Journal of Finance and Accounting', 'Journal of Economics and Business', and 'Meditari Accountancy Research'.

J. Rocha is a theoretical physicist with broad interests spanning gravitation, high-energy physics and mathematical physics. His research focuses on the study of black holes and other solutions of General Relativity, and extensions thereof. He obtained a PhD degree in Physics from University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) in 2008, under the supervision of Prof. Joseph Polchinski. He earned his pre-Bologna bachelor degree in Technological Physics Engineering, in 2002, from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon. He is currently an Assistant Professor of the Department of Mathematics at ISCTE-IUL. Between 2015 and 2019 he worked as a research post-doc fellow at Universitat de Barcelona.
In total, J. Rocha has published 30+ original articles in top international peer-reviewed journals. He has vast experience in oral presentations (20+ invited seminars at various institutes in the USA, UK, Belgium, Japan, Brazil, Spain and Portugal; 30+ oral communications at international conferences). He regularly engages in outreach activities.
J. Rocha organized 6 scientific meetings, among which four were international conferences/workshops. He supervised 1 Master thesis, and co-supervised one PhD student and another Master student. He was a member of the examination committee of 2 PhD students and 4 Master students. He is the recipient of 5 prizes and awards, including a Marie Sklodowska-Curie individual fellowship. He is a member of Sociedade Portuguesa de Relatividade e Gravitação.

Jorge Nascimento is a multidisciplinary researcher at Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL), and lecturer at ISCTE Business School (ISCTE-IUL). He has over twenty years of business leadership experience in Executive Committee, marketing communications, digital, retail and management roles, in sectors such as Industrial, Retail, Consumer Electronics, and Telecom.
His research on consumer behaviour, sustainability, branding and technological disruption has been published in a variety of international Scopus Q1 and ABS-listed journals. In addition, his current research interests also include the influence of emotional and social aspects in consumer decision-making processes.

Catarina Roseta-Palma is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at ISCTE-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She was Iscte's Director of Sustainability from 2018 to 2022. Her main research interests are in natural resource management, especially water, and in environmental policy. She worked as a consultant with Regional Water Boards (ARH Alentejo and Algarve) and INAG (Portuguese Water Authority), as well as the Portuguese Environment Ministry and the European Commission. She was in the Portuguese Commission for Green Fiscal Reform (2014). She is a member of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists, in whose conferences she regularly participates, and where she was elected EAERE Council Member for the period 2010-2013 (vice-president for 2012-2013). Among others, she is also in the Iberian Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (AERNA), where she was a member of the Board in 2005-2011. She has taught Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and Microeconomics at the undergraduate as well as graduate level. She is a researcher in Statistics, Econometrics, and Data Analysis applied in the fields of Demography, Economics, Finance, Gerontology, Management, Psychology, Health, Sociology, and Tourism. She is the author of books and scientific articles in national and foreign publications. She is a researcher at Unifai-Universidade do Porto and researcher-collaborator at Dinamia_ISCTE and CEPCEP_UCP. CINTESIS, Centro de Investigação em Tecnologias e Serviços de Saúde,Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade do Porto (FMUP), www.cintesis.eu. Helena received a certificate from the PSE company that represents in Portugal the IBM-SPSS for having pioneered in Portugal the first books of statistics and data analysis complemented with SPSS and its applications (1998, 2005, 2009, 2014). Ricardo Godinho Bilro is an Assistant Professor (with habilitation) of Marketing at ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where he teaches Marketing at undergraduate and Master’s degree levels. He earned his PhD in Management with a specialization in Marketing from ISCTE Business School. He currently holds the roles of Department Deputy Chair (Department of Marketing, Strategy and Operations) and Director for the Erasmus Mundus joint Master’s degree program in Tourism Development & Culture (TourDC). He is a guest lecturer at the University of Glasgow (UK) and the University of Malta for the TOUR DC program and has served as a Visiting Professor at different institutions, such as EM Strasbourg Business School (Strasbourg, France), TH Köln (Cologne, Germany), Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Helsinki, Finland) and Université Gustave Eiffel (Paris, France).
As a researcher at ISCTE’s Business Research Unit, Ricardo’s research interests include Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, and Social Media Marketing. His research has been published in various international scientific journals, such as the Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Product & Brand Management, and Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management.
