Daniela Langaro is a visiting professor at ISCTE-IUL (Portugal) and Vlerick Business School (Belgium). Following her 15 years of experience in marketing in companies from Consumer Packaged Goods (Unilever, Procter and Gamble and Danone) and OTC (Angelini Farmacêutica), Langaro moved to academia in 2012. Her general research interests involve issues in internet marketing, social media, brand communications and brand management.

Hélia Gonçalves Pereira is an Associate Professor of the Marketing, Operations and General Management Department at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa - ISCTE-IUL. Hélia Gonçalves Pereira is Director of the Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management and of the Tour DC Msc (ERASMUS Mundus); Pos-Degree in Sales Management and Pos Degree in Top Management in Hospitality and Tourism. She is Coordinator of the Marketing FutureCast Lab, an applied research lab in new trends in marketing. Her background is interdisciplinary, combining a BSc in Economics, a post Degree in European Studies, a MSc in Management and a PhD in Management with specialization in Marketing and several years as senior consultant in Price Waterhouse and Coopers. She has interests in consumer behaviour, internet marketing and social media and, as well, tourism marketing. She was, between 2016 and 2019, member of the board (non-executive) of Turismo Fundos SGFII, S.A., a financial society that supports tourism and industrial projects.

João Guerreiro, PhD Marketing (ISCTE-IUL, Portugal), Professor Auxiliar de Marketing e investigador integrado da BRU-IUL. Interesses de investigação focados na área do Comportamento do Consumidor e Marketing de Relacionamento, nomeadamente nas implicações das tecnologias (Realidade Aumentada, Realidade Virtual, Inteligência Artificial, IoT) para o Marketing, sobre os quais publicou artigos em várias revistas científicas como Tourism Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Journal of Business Ethics entre outros. Foi Diretor do Mestrado em Marketing no ISCTE-IUL entre 2017 e 2020 e consultor sénior em projetos de Business Intelligence na sua atividade profissional.

Assistente Convidado no ISCTE desde 1995 especialista em Direcção Comercial e Gestão da Força de Vendas, Marketing e Marketing Pessoal. Criou a Pós Graduação de Direcção Comercial no ISCTE em 2000 da qual é director executivo até hoje.

Ricardo Godinho Bilro holds a PhD in Marketing at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL). He is a member of the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) and invited Assistant Professor at Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL). His current research interests include consumer-brand relationships and engagement, and Social Media and Digital Transformation. His research has been published in international scientific journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product & Brand Management, or Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management, among others. His work has also been presented at respected international conferences such as EMAC - European Marketing Academy Conference, World Marketing Congress - Academy of Marketing Science, GAMMA-GMC, or Academy of Marketing. Ricardo recently won several awards, such as best paper award TomiWorld 2017 and best conference paper in GAMMA-GFMC 2019.

Sandra Maria Correia Loureiro is Professor at ISCTE-IUL and a researcher in the UNIDE and SOCIUS. She is the Director of Portuguese Marketing & Management SBU of GAMMA (Global Alliance of Marketing and Management Associations). Her current research interests include relationship marketing (Brand coolness), tourism marketing and the connections between marketing and VR, AR and AI. She has publications with academics from different countries in the world, such as USA, UK, Germany, Spain, Austria, South Korean, China, Australia, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Chile, Malaysia, Brasil. Her papers were published in a variety of peer reviewed journals, such as Journal of Marketing (ABS 4*), Journal of Retailing (ABS 4), Tourism Management (ABS 4), Journal of Business Research (ABS 3), International journal of Hospitality Management (ABS 3), Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of retailing and consumer services, Journal of Travel &Tourism Marketing, Journal of service management, International Journal of Tourism Research or Journal of Brand Management and at well reputed international conferences, such as EMAC, ANZMAC, GAMMA-GMC, World Marketing Congress. She has acted as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences. She has participated in several research projects funded by the EU and FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology) She won several awards, such as: the 2012 Best Paper Premier Award presented by the Global Marketing Conference (comprised of EMAC, ANZMAC, KSMS, and the Japanese Association of Marketing), Highly Commended paper Award 2014 - 7th EuroMed Conference and EuroMed Research Business Institute (EMRBI), Highly Commended paper Award 2016 - 9th EuroMed Conference and EuroMed Research Business Institute (EMRBI), Best Paper Award 2016- ICCMI 2016, Best Paper Award TomiWorld 2017 and Highly Commended paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence for paper 'Exploring behavioural branding, brand love and brand co-creation' published in Journal of Product & Brand Management, Best Paper Honour Award at 2019 Global Fashion Management conference-GAMMA (among others).
