Please find below the guidelines regarding application process to Iscte Business School as an incoming exchange student:
Step 1 – Nomination by Home University
Deadline: 1st of June (fall semester and full-year) or 1st of November (spring semester)
During this stage, nominations of future incoming exchange students are being sent directly by the Home Universities. Early nominations are recommended as only after successful competition of this stage, students are allowed to proceed with their enrollment.
Step 2 – Registration in the internal system (Fenix)
During this stage the International Relations Office will request further registration information and, later on, will provide the nominated students with credentials to access the internal integrated system (Fenix) in order to complete the registration and fill in personal data.
Step 3 – Enrollment in courses in Fenix
After the personal information is complete in the system, the exchange students receive information about how to enroll in courses offered by Iscte Business School and the deadlines. It is highly recommended to proceed with enrolment in classes shortly after the system is open since the courses have limited number of vacancies.
All exchange students should follow general rules of selection of courses in English as any incorrectness will delay the validation of the enrollment.
Step 4 – Adjustments to the initial selection of courses (if applicable)
During this stage any incorrectness or outstanding situations regarding the selection of courses in English are being corrected with support of Programme Manager at the Iscte Business School. Students will be requested to proceed with the adjustments (if applicable) within the given deadline, taking into account the availability of vacancies.
Step 5 – Validation of enrollments
During this stage students’ enrollments are validated by Iscte Business School. Afterwards no further changes to the study plan will be allowed unless duly justified by changes in timetable.
