The MSc in Human Resources Management at ISCTE Business School opened my doors to attractive employment opportunities. The intercultural environment and interactive approach of the program were among the premises which allowed me to easily adapt to the everyday life of multinational firms. For instance, the emphasis on delivering a large amount of group works helped me to successfully face the dynamics involved in professional life. Likewise, a number of innovative business-oriented case studies and training contributed to improving my practical understandings of strategic and effective international human resources management. I appreciated professors and students' mutual involvement in day-to-day academic activities, as it gave the opportunity for professors to focus on individual development and nourish personal relationships thus creating an ideal learning environment. IBS’s Master Program in Human Resources Management provided me with the grounds to undertake a valuable academic and professional career.
